Refund Policy

1. Overview
Our pricing separates our service fee from third-party pass-through costs such as government filing fees and registered agent fees. Refund eligibility differs between the two, because pass-through costs are paid to third parties and are often non-recoverable once incurred.
2. Service fee
- Before work begins: If you cancel before we have started work on your order, your service fee is fully refundable.
- After work begins: Once we have begun preparing or submitting your filings, the service fee reflects work performed and is non-refundable, except where required by law.
3. Pass-through costs (state fees, registered agent fees, etc.)
Government filing fees, registered agent fees, and similar third-party costs are non-refundable once they have been paid to the relevant third party or submitted for filing, because they are not recoverable by us. This applies even if a downstream application (for example, an EIN or a bank account) is later declined, since those outcomes are outside our control.
4. Situations we do not refund
We cannot refund costs or fees where:
- A government agency, bank, or other third party declines or delays an application for reasons outside our control;
- You provided inaccurate or incomplete information that caused a filing to fail;
- You did not respond to requests for information needed to complete the service;
- The service was completed as described.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact hello@easyllc.live with your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to review requests promptly and will let you know the outcome and, where a refund is due, the expected timing.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe you are owed a refund, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
